Down & Dirty Daily Workout - Fri, 11/9

Friday’s workout is a steadily declining set of quality moves that are sure to make you stronger. Make a note of your time so when this workout appears again you’ll have a benchmark to compare your progress.

Complete the following while tracking your time:
100 Jumping Jacks
75 Air Squats
50 Push Ups
25 Burpees
Still feeling strong? Go back through the set and see if you can better your time.
