Down & Dirty Daily Workout - Tues, 11/13

Tuesday’s workout incorporates a handful of sprints to keep your heart pumping! Before setting off on your first sprint, jog 400m to get loosened up and do some dynamic stretching - jumping jacks, high knees, lunges, etc.

Then complete the following:

5 Rounds of 200m sprints. The amount of rest time in between sets is the same amount of time it took you to complete the previous 200m.
