Congratulations to the thousands of racers who joined this weekend in Sacramento. We had an incredible turnout and it was a great way to wrap up the season!
For Monday’s workout we’re working out the legs and core with some running, sit ups and squats. Before jumping into your first 400m run, take 5-10 minutes to jog and perform some dynamic stretching to get those muscles loosened up.
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400m
10 sit ups
10 squats
