Down & Dirty Daily Workout - Sat, 10/27

For those of you down & dirty racers who won’t be joining us tonight or tomorrow in Sacramento, here is your first weekend workout. If you are joining us this weekend, it’s probably a good idea to make today your rest day so you’re 100 percent prepared to dominate the obstacles out on the course!

21/15/9 reps of:
Pull Ups
Burpees

(21 Pull Ups, 21 Burpees, 15 Pull Ups, 15 Burpees, 9 Pull Ups, 9 Burpees)

Be sure to note your time as this workout will pop up again later in the program and you’ll want to be able to compare you fitness level. If you’re feeling good after completing one set, go ahead and add one or two more, depending on how you’re feeling.
