Down & Dirty Daily Workout - Sun, 10/28

If you’re not one of the lucky racers joining us tonight or tomorrow in Sacramento, we’ve got a doozie of a workout for you! There is a brief rest between each set so take full advantage of that as the latter rounds will get tough.

Complete 5 rounds of the following (rest 3 minutes between each round)
20 pullups
30 pushups
40 situps
50 squats
