Down & Dirty Daily Workout - Thurs, 10/25

For Thursday’s workout we take a simple running distance (5k) and spice it up a little bit with some burpees. After about 5 minutes of light jogging to warm up, complete the following:

Run 5k (3.1 miles or approximately 12 laps around a standard track)
During the run, complete 1 burpee every minute on the minute
