Down & Dirty Daily Workout - Thurs, 11/1

It’s a new month and a great opportunity to get back on track or start a new workout routine altogether. Either way, here is a good workout to start the month right. Before diving into your first set of push ups, do some dynamic stretching to get your muscles warmed up.

Complete 10 rounds for time:
10 Push ups
100m Sprint
