Down & Dirty Daily Workout - Thurs, 11/8

Today’s workout consists of squats, squats and more squats. Before getting this workout started, take a 5 minute jog to loosen up your legs and get the blood flowing. Then complete the following:

100 Air Squats
Rest 3 minutes
100 Air Squats
Rest 3 Mins
100 Air Squats
