It’s election day today. Whether it’s before or after you workout, be sure to get to the polls and cast your vote.
For today’s workout we’re hitting the road for a nice 1 mile run. Halfway through, stop and do 100 air squats before continuing on your way. Try to make the second half of the mile faster than the first.
If you’re still feeling fresh after the 1 mile, go ahead and run 1 an additional mile. Don’t forget to perform some dynamic stretches prior to heading out the door.
