Down & Dirty Daily Workout - Weds, 10/24

Helping you get through the mid-week slump is a 20 minute set where your goal is to complete as many rounds as possible. As you work through this set be sure to maintain proper form and don’t get sloppy as the set progresses.

20 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
