Down & Dirty Daily Workout - 9/23

Before starting today’s workout, perform a short dynamic stretching routine to warm up your body and muscles. These may include:

1. Walking Lunges
2. Straight Leg Kicks
3. Knee to Chest
4. Butt Kicks
5. Arm Circles

After completing these stretches move on to the workout listed below.

Repeat for 15 minutes:
20 seconds of pullups
20 seconds of situps
20 seconds of squats

After you’ve completed the routine, do some light stretching to round out your workout.
