In order to give back to our Down & Dirty family, we’ve put together a new daily workout routine to benefit all of our racers, friends and family. These daily exercises are designed to not only get you on track to a more fit lifestyle but also to help you train and better prepare you for your next Down & Dirty mud and obstacle race. We have also incorporated some 5K/10K training elements into the daily workouts so you will be ready to dominate the obstacles AND the trails!
We hope you find these workouts beneficial and as always we welcome your feedback on ways we can improve this program.

Before starting your workout, perform a short dynamic stretching routine to warm up your body and muscles. These may include:
1. Walking Lunges
2. Straight Leg Kicks
3. Knee to Chest
4. Butt Kicks
5. Arm Circles
After completing this warm up routine, move on to the workout listed below.
3 rounds of:
Run 800m
50 pushups
Once finished, take a few minutes to cool down and stretch. Congratulations! You completed the first Down & Dirty workout and are prepared to take on the day!
