Down & Dirty Daily Workout - Fri, 11/2

As we get ready for the weekend here is a ladder workout of burpees and sit ups. Complete one round of the following:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Burpees
Sit ups
Halfway through, run 400m

      Here is a brief description of a burpee:

      Begin in a standing position.
      1. Drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground.
      2. Extend your feet back in one quick motion to assume the front plank position and do a push up.
      3. Return to the squat position in one quick motion.
      4. As you return to the standing position, jump in the air with your hands above your head.
      5. Repeat.
