Down & Dirty Daily Workout - Mon, 10/1

Congratulations to all of the Down & Dirty racers who joined us today at Pelham Bay Park! It was an awesome event, as usual, and we can’t wait to see everyone again in 2013.

We’re continuing with our running theme from yesterday’s Daily Workout but today we’re going for time and distance as opposed to just distance.

Complete 4 rounds of:
5:00 max distance run, 3:00mins of recovery
